浙江吉利控股集團(tuán)CEO李東輝日前在極氪上市晚宴上表示，極氪IPO是吉利控股整體戰(zhàn)略規(guī)劃的一個(gè)縮影。

“我們通過IPO增加企業(yè)治理的透明度和規(guī)范性，提升子業(yè)務(wù)集團(tuán)經(jīng)營核算的獨(dú)立性和完整性，提高運(yùn)行效率，以負(fù)責(zé)任的態(tài)度，更好地同用戶、行業(yè)，監(jiān)管機(jī)構(gòu)、投資機(jī)構(gòu)溝通，推動(dòng)企業(yè)全球合規(guī)治理。”

據(jù)介紹，極氪昨日正式在美國紐交所掛牌上市。因獲超額認(rèn)購，極氪擴(kuò)大了IPO規(guī)模，以每股21美元的價(jià)格累計(jì)發(fā)行2100萬股美國存托股票（ADS，每份ADS對(duì)應(yīng)10份普通股），募資約4.41億美元，若承銷商行使其超額配售權(quán)，則發(fā)行規(guī)模將進(jìn)一步擴(kuò)大至2415萬股ADS，募資約5.07億美元。

極氪首日開盤價(jià)為26美元，較發(fā)行價(jià)上漲23.8%；收盤價(jià)為28.26美元，較發(fā)行價(jià)上漲34.57%；以收盤價(jià)計(jì)算，公司市值為69億美元。
